Car Park Resurfacing

RAG Reports -  Working within budget can sometimes make it difficult to pick the worst affected areas to be resurfaced. A RAG report (Red - Amber - Green) is a useful way of determining what areas are of greatest risk to health and safety.

Red -  Estimated Lifespan less than 1 Year, Poses Possible risk to Health and Safety of the Public.

Amber - Estimated Lifespan 2-3 Years. Produce future budget and maintenance plan for these locations.

Green - Estimated Lifespan Over 5 Years, No Immediate Attention Required.

Petrochemical Sites

Delivering works safely, to us, is just as important as the final outcome. That's why when it comes to a high risk sector like Petrochemical sites, ELS are the contractor of choice. 

Accredited to work with both British Petroleum (BP) and Vinci (Shell), we take pride in knowing that we have the confidence of the major entities in the UK market. 

All our operatives, including surveyors, are UKPIA trained to ensure safety and industry compliance. 

We are familiar with permitting systems, including hot works and make sure where required a permit issuer and permit holder is provided.

Local Authority

ELS Surfacing and Civils holds National Highway Sector 16 approval for the installation of asphalt in the public highway. This includes both residential & main roads/footpaths and sections of the motor way.

We are used to working in live environments and are able to carry out both reactive and planned maintenance works.

When it comes to new build homes and housing development sites, we understand that meeting the requirements of the local authority is a must. 

We work extensively with home builders and developers such as Gleeson and Beal Homes. Providing not only the knowledge and expertise but the workforce to get the job done.

From groundworks to surfacing & civils to electrical works and street lighting, ELS can offer the complete external package delivered all in house.

EV Charge Points - With electric cars becoming more and more popular, it would make sense to start considering the roll out of EV charge points into new build designs. ELS is fully qualified to carry out all related charge point works including supply and installation and connection.
